Bella enjoying her holiday. {Notice her fur-cut?}
This is my newborn tree lust. A little Japanese maple{$115} Bella’s adopted as her favorite place for a siesta.
Notice those {beautiful} boulders?
They are there to make it somewhat less comfy for sleeping dogs.
Let sleeping dogs sleep since there’s no fighting this stubborn dog!
Isn’t this tree’s color gorgeous? Yes.
Isn’t this tree temperamental?
Of course it is…

Acer palmatum (Japanese maple) has over 1,000 cultivars. This cultivar is A. palmatum ‘Sango kaku’, sometimes called “coralbark maple”. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
Admit something:
Everyone you see, you say to them,
“Love me.”
Of course, you do not do this out loud, otherwise someone would call the cops.
Still though, think about this, this great pull in us to connect.
Why not become the one who lives with the full moon in each eye
that is always saying with that sweet moon language
what every other eye in this world is dying to hear?
Hafiz
Linda, what a precious photo of beautiful Bella! She is so sweet, I wanna HUG her.
(((( Bella )))))
And yes, her fur cut looks wonderful. And I can imagine what that beautiful white fur looked like after she got up from sleeping in the dirt. You must have to bath her a lot, hu?
Love the Japanese maple tree. The color of the leaves is stunning. OMG…$115?!?!
Also, I love the quote by Hafiz. So insightful!
Thanks for sharing today’s post. Really enjoyed it! Hope you had a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
X ya, dear friend!
(((((( You ))))))
xoxoxxooxoxoxo
X ya too, dear friend Ron,
And you know what? I have to practically brush her every time she comes in the house as that fur, now that it’s cut, is like a brillo pad and picks up every little sticker and blade of grass, dirt and feathers that stray into her path… but she is such a love of a dog, we all adore her and she is spoiled completely completely!
Hafiz is my favorite I think. The more of him I read, the more I like him and want to share his insight. His translator did a wonderful job of getting “him” right, in my opine.
Hoping your holiday was a good one, ronnie, and have a wonderful day! (((xoxox)))
A sweet post with absolutely lovely images Linda. And a nice welcome tribute to the tree with its stunning colors. Thank you.
hi rick

Okay……$115 well spent if you ask me. OH my gosh, it’s a gorgeous one–persnickety as it might be. And where it’s been placed–Perfect!
Yup–let the sleeping puppy lie……anywhere she wants to! LOL Seems to me she’s picked the perfect place–centerstage and comfy in the circle of love. *shrugs* Well, that and I’m sure it’s a bit of ‘no REALLY……HERE is where I wanna nap’….LOL And how could ya NOT love a pup that’s devoted to her humans WITH a mind of her own.
Perfect.
The tree. The pup. The quote. The photo.
