After the horse dance was over, it seemed that I was above the ground and did not touch it when I walked.

It’s a most evocative painting and a fine choice of quote. If only that wisdom and serenity were better appreciated. Speaking of that I just looked at the most recent news of Thich Nhat Hanh’s health status. Plum Village says he’s holding steady and surprising his doctors. That’s good news.

I do like the new painting you posted as the header. You’re a wonderful artist, my friend.

I loved the quote. I’m so glad you enjoyed my choice. 😉 Yes, isn’t that good news that this wise old monk is still with us.

That painting isn’t quite done or so ithought til i looked at it cropped up there. Now i think it IS done!! I hope you are still having those lovely walks with your feathered friends. xox

Thank you so much. It was fun as it just appeared, my favorite–and only way i paint. Not often successful according to me but this one came out perfectly. xox

  4. The poetry of your painting lends us just enough to see and feel the majesty of a beautiful horse. LOVE it!

This means a lot to me Elena. Thank you! 😉

Wow. The quote blew me away….I wanna attend a horse dance, just to watch and walk out without my feet touching. Pretty sure it would happen
The painting is just beautiful. I love that it finds you instead of you making it happen. And count me in with the many that adore your header. 🙂

Thanks so much, dear Mel. And that quote made me post my painting, not the other way around, i loved it so much. 🙂 I’m always painting horses for some unknown reason since to ride one would likely kill me.

      xoxxx
