Coyote’s Gift

I retreat from life’s noise.
The senseless cacophony.
Fraying nerves, vibrating a stiffened spine.

She Sits

Wandering above and below at once.
Seeking equanimity.

One needs balance.
I am and I am not.

Meditation is heart-mind awareness not sitting in the dark.
